TeachSundaySchool.com has done it again! They’ve created Bible Blueprints to help you and your family study the Bible more effectively.

A big thank you to the Homeschool Review Crew and TeachSundaySchool.com for allowing me to do this review.

These helpful Bible study sheets are a great addition to personal Bible study time as well as when you’re in a group setting.

They’re colorful and very informative.

The Layout of Bible Blueprints

First of all, there is one sheet for each book of the Bible. There is an Old Testament pack and a New Testament pack.

Each sheet features the:

  • Bible book name
  • Book number
  • Amount of chapter numbers
  • Type of book
  • A short overview
  • Year the book was written
  • The time period that is covered
  • The author

From there, the information is broken down into chapter groupings.

Each grouping then has a summary title and a brief summary of the events/people/topic located in those chapters.

My Recommendations About Bible Blueprints

These Bible Blueprint sheets are a wonderful addition to anyone’s Bible study time.

TeachSundaySchool.com does use big words in some of their summaries that may have to be explained to younger children. (Debauchery, Pillaged, Fornicators, Plunder, Perpetual, Extortion)

Girl looking at a computer screen with her Bible open.

On the sheet about Daniel, they describe the fiery furnace, lions’ den, and the king’s dream as “tales”. A better word might be “events”.

There were a lot of things on these sheets that I did love to see.

  1. The Bronze Serpent foreshadows Jesus dying on the cross.
  2. The book of Song of Solomon is mentioned as reflecting what God’s love looks like for His bride, the church.
  3. That salvation is not by works but by God’s grace and our faith alone.
  4. Salvation is open to everyone.
