As I said, this book is geared for little people with it’s strong and sturdy hardback cover, this book will take a beating. The colors are so nice and interesting. Jennifer Davison did the illustrations and once again she has created such cute little people. I love their faces and they have such cute little chubby, stubby legs.
The book is based on the true story of Joseph that can be found in the book of Genesis in your Bible. This is a great way to begin to teach your little ones about the real people of the Bible.
Mr. Thornborough did a fantastic job of reminding readers that God has a plan and He’s working it out. We don’t need to doubt what is going on around us.
I would highly recommend this book to any Christian family wanting to read Bible stories to their young children.
This would also be great for a homeschooling family with a beginning reader. There’s not a ton of words on the page, and the words are not that difficult.
Also, Joseph and the Very Strange Dreams would be great in a church nursery or toddler Sunday school classroom.
